Eric Haukkala graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and from the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota) with an MBA in finance. Before Haukkala CPA, P.C., he worked in CPA firms and corporate finance, most recently as a partner in a Twin Cities CPA firm (11 years). He currently serves as Treasurer to Banfield, Inc., a nonprofit foundation. He is married to Melissa and has a daughter, Rachel and a son, Nick. In his free time, Eric enjoys time with family, swimming, hockey, bowling, fishing and anything else outdoors.

Melissa Wallace was born and raised in Minneapolis. She has a son, Nick, a stepdaughter Rachel and is married to Eric Haukkala. Melissa has a 20+ years of career experience working at companies big and small, corporate and public in various roles including management, consulting, information technology and accounting. When not working, Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, learning something new every day, following football and baseball, boating, fishing, swimming and hiking.

Cheyenne Hanson grew up in Rockford, Minnesota and now resides in Glencoe, Minnesota. Cheyenne has over ten years of career experience working at various companies in which she has had many roles including management, consulting, customer service, and administration. In her free time, Cheyenne enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and music festivals. When she’s not out exploring she can often be found at home with her significant other Nick and their animals.
